Position Overview:
As an Assistant Production Manager at ProteinLab, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Production Manager to ensure that our production process runs seamlessly. You’ll support daily operations, help coordinate staff, and ensure that production deadlines are consistently met, all while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Production Support:
– Assist in managing the daily production of protein drinks, ensuring all orders are completed efficiently and on time.
– Help oversee the team, providing guidance and ensuring staff adheres to production schedules. - Staff Coordination:
– Assist in managing production staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring all team members are trained on their responsibilities.
– Step in to supervise the team when the Production Manager is unavailable. - Quality Control:
– Ensure that protein drinks are prepared to meet company quality standards, maintaining consistency across all batches.
– Monitor cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. - Inventory & Stock:
– Help track ingredient levels, notifying the Production Manager when supplies are low.
– Assist in coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or operations role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
