Lead ProteinLab’s Production Team and Deliver Quality with Every Drink!
Position Overview:
As a Production Manager at ProteinLab, you’ll oversee the daily production of our innovative protein drinks. Your role is critical to ensuring that each drink is made with precision, quality, and care. You’ll manage staff, coordinate schedules, and optimize the production process to meet high-quality standards and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
– Manage the daily production of protein drinks, ensuring timely completion of all orders for delivery.
– Supervise the production team, offering guidance and support to maintain high productivity and quality control. - Staff Coordination:
– Lead and motivate the production staff, ensuring that team members are well-trained and their schedules are effectively managed.
– Work closely with HR to hire, onboard, and train new team members. - Quality Assurance:
– Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that each protein drink meets our established standards for taste, appearance, and safety.
– Implement and monitor food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
– Monitor ingredient levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
– Ensure all materials and supplies are fresh and properly stored.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management, preferably within the food or beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge of production processes and food safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
